– Massage ball – tennis, spikey or other
– 9″ pilates ball
In this class we practice:
– Constructive Rest – intention setting
– Yawn Stretch
– Sacral and Psoas release on Pilates ball
– activating the foot pelvic connection with the ball between the knees
– Pelvic lifts
– Spinal Waves
– Child’s pose
– Downward-facing dog
– Equal Standing
– Palm Tree to invigorate the kidneys and get the blood moving!
– Rolling out the feet
– Warrior 1, 2 & 3
– Triangle
– Figure 4
– Lazy Twist
