In this class you will need:
– 9″ Pilates ball
– Massage ball – tennis or spikey
– yoga Block or 2 – only if you have them
– couch, chair, or coffee table
– A wall to lean against
In this class we practice
– Softening body scan
– Psoas release with pilates ball under the sacrum and under mid spine
– Spinal waves
– Cobra
– Alternate arm and leg lifts
– Child’s pose
– Dynamic Lunge
– Rolling out the feet
– Box Squat against the wall
– Lazy, psoas lengthening twist
– Legs up on a chair
