In this class we practice:
– Constructive rest
– Holding gratitude
– Knees to chest
– Hip circles
– Psoas release on the pilates ball
– Cat/cow
– Alternate arm and leg lifts
– Child’s pose
– Down Dog with leg lifts
– Forward fold
– Half standing sun salutations
– Wide-legged Warrior sequence including forward fold
– Supine leg stretch with strap
– Spinal release with towel under spine and arm circles
