In this class you will need: - Soft place to spend time on the floor, a yoga mat or a soft blanket - Small pillow for cusion under your knees - Tennis or spikey ball for self massage In this class we will practice: - Belly Breathing - Lateral stretches in childs pose and table top - Spinal waves - Alternate arm and leg lifts - Supported lunge - Downward dog - Sun salutations - Tree - Pelvic lifts - Happy Baby
