- Low back release and a gentle warm up
- Pelvic engagement with breath
- Pelivc lifts
- Alternate arm and leg extensions
- Gentel flow
- Down dog
- Shaking
- 1/2 standing sun salutations
- soft power flow
- Legs up the wall
