In this class we practice:
– Belly Breathing, Intention Setting
– Yawn Stretch, Side body lengthening
– Knees to chest, Hip circles
– Pilates ball under sacrum
– 1 knee to chest, hip flexor extension
– Spinal Waves
– Child’s Pose
– Down Dog
– Ball between knees – Equal Standing and half-standing sun salutation
– Dynamic Warrior 1, 2, and exalted warrior
– Pelvic lifts
– Lazy Twist
